General Michel Aoun, the President of Lebanon, awarded Mr. Naumkin and Mr. Sautov the high state award of Lebanon by his decree.

The orders were presented on behalf of Mr. Aoun on the 30th of March, 2021. Dr. Amal Abu Zeid, the Advisor to the President of Lebanon, handed over the orders to the awardees. The ceremony was held at the site of the Valdai International Discussion Club.
